The operator reservation form accepts active duty assigned to Shaw AFB, active duty assigned elsewhere, Guard and Reserve, DoD civilians, and retirees. Active duty assigned to Shaw may book 120 days ahead; other active duty 90 days; retirees and other authorized users 60 days.
