DoD uniformed personnel; current DoD, Department of the Army, Department of the Air Force, or National Guard Bureau civilian or contract personnel; retired military; disabled veterans with a service-connected ID; New Jersey Department of Military Affairs personnel; New Jersey State Police; New Jersey Department of Corrections; New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission; and New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice personnel. Proof of eligibility required at the access control point. The applicant must be present each day the site is occupied.
